<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for recycling organic silane compounds by which a thermoplastic polymer having good moldability or a silicone monomer is obtained by more completely breaking the siloxane bonds of the organic silane compounds in a supercritical alcohol, a subcritical alcohol or a high temperature/pressure alcohol. <P>SOLUTION: The process for recycling organic silane compounds comprises breaking the siloxane bonds at the water content of all the system consisting of the alcohols and the organic silane compounds below 10% in breaking the siloxane bonds of the organic silane compounds in the supercritical alcohol, the subcritical alcohol or the high temperature/pressure alcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
