<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing mushrooms, mycelia and fungi by using a culture medium base comprising tea dregs, orange peel or beer residues discharged in large amount as industrial wastes. <P>SOLUTION: Mushrooms, mycelia or fungi are cultured on a medium produced by using tea dregs, orange peel, beer residues or their mixture and the cultured mycelia or fungi are collected together with the medium and dried to form a powdery product.
