<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of scratches during assembling a double row cylindrical roller bearing by avoiding the inclination of each cylindrical roller until a cylindrical roller train is fitted into the outer diameter face of an inner ring. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic ring 10 whose enlarged diameter has an extension allowance at one cracking place is inscribed and mounted on the cylindrical roller train 5 on the front train side in the fitting-through direction, held by a two-row integrated cage 4 as a roller guide. The inclination of each cylindrical roller 5a is avoided by pushing the cylindrical roller train 10 on the front train side against the inner diameter face of an outer ring 3, and after the cylindrical roller train 5 on the front train side is fitted into the outer diameter face of the inner ring 2 and its attitude is stabilized, each cylindrical roller 5a of the cylindrical roller train 5 on the rear train side is held via the cage 4 as the roller guide to avoid its inclination.
