<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall sensing device which does not operate by mistake by a memontary load or running through of a small animal such as a rat and a weasel by enabling quick restoration of the function when a load is removed by preventing a pressure-sensitive cable from being abnormally deformed. <P>SOLUTION: This fall sensing device 10 is constituted in such a manner that the pressure-sensitive cable 30 is arranged between a base frame 11 and a top board 17, and the top board 17 is lowered by a load and presses the pressure-sensitive cable 30. The pressure-sensitive cable 30 is laid on a plate spring 22 which is provided in the spar direction of the base frame 11 in a manner to cross, and a pressing piece 25 is provided at a location facing the pressure-sensitive cable 30 on the rear side of the top board 17.
