INTAKE DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for an internal combustion engine provided with a suction manifold constituted in such a way that it can be injection-molded by a synthetic resin material.

SOLUTION: This intake device for the internal combustion engine is provided with a plurality of independent suction pipes 25 connected with each combustion chamber 19 of a plurality of cylinders individually and arranged in parallel in the direction of cylinder row on a side of a cylinder block 13 and a common surge tank 24 in which respective independent suction pipes are opened. The surge tank has a first part (an inner side block 31) constituted by molding a connection part 30 of at least a throttle body and a wall 24a on an engine side integrally and a second part (a central block 35) constituted by molding a part 23 of a wall on at least anti-engine side and an end part 34 on the suction upstream side of the independent suction pipe integrally. Consequently, the suction manifold can be formed by injection-molding using a matching mold by increasing a degree of freedom of a configuration of a connection part with the surge tank of the independent suction pipe further.
