PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a positional relation between drawn figures without causing the shift of the figures in drawing positions when the figures are rotated even when drawn figures need to be rotated to obtain graphic data in a bit map format from graphic data in vector format. SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 10 which obtains the graphic data in bit map format from the graphic data in a vector format is equipped with: a coordinate conversion means 23 of performing coordinate conversion from a figure in a real-number space specified on the basis of the graphic data in the vector format to a figure in a pixel space which can be represented as the graphic data in the bit map format; and a correcting means 23a of making a correction wherein correction values corresponding to an angle of rotation are added to the coordinate values of the figure in the pixel space when the figure in the pixel space is rotated for the coordinate conversion.
