PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a manufacturing method improving reliability of a plasma display panel capable of stabilizing an address property. SOLUTION: A data electrode 10, a first dielectric layer 17 covering the data electrode, a priming electrode 15, and a second dielectric layer 18 covering the priming electrode are formed in sequence on a back base plate 2. Deterioration and deformation of the first dielectric layer 17 at manufacturing are prevented, and the dielectric strength of the data electrode 10 and the priming electrode 15 are improved by setting softening temperatures of the above layers so as to become lower in the above sequence.
