PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, easily sorting delivered paper sheets by each user and by each application in the case of using the apparatus by two or more users or using the apparatus by multi-application operation by increasing the maximum loading number of sheets by each paper delivery bin of a finisher having two or more paper delivery bins in a saved space without time and trouble. SOLUTION: This copying machine 100 has a finisher 10 composed of an upper bin 11 and a lower bin 12. The finisher 10 side counts up the current number of paper sheets loaded in the upper bin 11 and the lower bin 12, and moves the upper bin base plate based on the count, whereby the maximum loading number of sheets can be switched between the upper bin 11 and the lower bin 12. The maximum loading number of sheets of each delivery bin can be determined both in the finisher 10 and in the copying machine body 20.
