PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving the stability of urea with time, suppressing a greasy feeling of use and stabilizing a coating on an inner wall of a spraying can in an aerosol preparation containing the urea formulated at a high concentration and further a chemical insoluble or sparingly soluble in water and soluble in a lower alcohol formulated therein. SOLUTION: The urea is combined with a specific substance, concretely a higher fatty acid, an acidic amino acid, salicylic acid or a salicylic acid derivative and resultant mixture is contained in a stock solution of the aerosol preparation. Furthermore, the chemical insoluble or sparingly soluble in water and soluble in the lower alcohol is formulated together with water and the lower alcohol to provide a soluble or solubilized stock solution. Dimethyl ether, or the like, are preferably used as a propellant. Thereby, it is found that a refreshing feeling of use stable with time without greasiness is obtained and even corrosion of the coating on the inner wall of the spraying can is suppressed.
