ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of coating to a work and to make a coating gun into a simple structure. SOLUTION: A static mixer 62 consisting of elements 62a and 62b is provided in a powder coating feeding path in the coating gun 22. The element 62a is a right twisted plate shape and the element 62b is a left twisted plate shape, and the element 62a and the element 62b are alternately arranged. The end parts of adjoining elements 62a and 62b are set at an intersecting angle of 90°viewed from the axial flow direction. Twisting angles of the elements 62a and 62b are respectively set at 180°.
