PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To standardize an automatic opening/closing device or a damper device. SOLUTION: A torsional spring energizing a toilet seat or a toilet lid in an opening side and a hinge device provided with a position detecting means which outputs position information corresponding to the opening/closing state are formed into separate bodies from the automatic opening/closing device or the damper device.
