PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading method by a curtain with a shade lining and the curtain with the shade lining, simply and easily performing detaching/attaching work of the lining curtain to/from the surface curtain and work of changing shading property. SOLUTION: After the lining curtain B is stacked on the back side of the surface curtain A with a width of approximately 1.5 times or 2 times of the finished curtain specifications, suspension parts 5c of suspension device bodies 5 composing suspension devices 4 are inserted into insertion parts As of the surface curtain A and hole parts Ba of the lining curtain B communicating with the insertion parts Aa and the suspension devices 4 attached along the upper edge parts of the surface curtain A and the lining curtain B at a predetermined interval apart are suspended to runners 3 inserted into a curtain rail 2. The lining curtain B for the shade is jointly attached to the surface curtain A with the width of approximately 1.5 times or two times of the finished specifications to change the shading property of the surface curtain A.
