PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress composed of a resin foam body having high drying efficiency and eliminating a user's feel of abutting on the bottom. SOLUTION: This mattress 11 has a three-layer structure having an upper layer 12 and a lower layer 14, whose films between foams are removed, in the upper face and the lower face of an intermediate layer 13 comprising the resin foam body whose film is removed. The rebound resilience of the upper layer 12 and the lower layer 14 is adjusted to 42-85%.
