PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume hologram layer which is used for volume hologram transfer foil, etc., and ensures good suitability to foil cutting. SOLUTION: The volume hologram layer has, in 20μm thickness, a breaking strength at 25°C in the range of 10-30 MPa, an elongation to break at 25°C in the range of 0.1-3%, a breaking strength at 130°C in the range of 0.1-1 MPa, and an elongation to break at 130°C in the range of 0.1-5%.
