PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material improved in image color tone and image preservability, with respect to a heat developable photosensitive material which ensures a small fogging increase and a small color tone change particularly when exposed to light such as light of a viewing screen for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material contains a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent, a binder, and a coupler which develops color upon heat development on the same surface of a support, wherein a dye produced by the coupler is capable of forming a hydrogen bond in a molecule.
