PURPOSE: A balloon-type lifesaving mechanism is provided to prevent breakage caused by bumping against trees or buildings by absorbing shock and to control the direction from the inside of the mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A balloon-type lifesaving mechanism is composed of a circular protection tool comprising inner and outer covers(2,1) and sucking in gas(5); a device for generating the gas such as the air between the inner and outer covers and discharging the gas in releasing; a respiratory machine(4) embedded for emergency breathing; an intermediate membrane for protecting users safely, even if a portion of the membrane is torn out or broken down; a multiple-zipper lock(3) for blocking up the inflow of the external gas or water; and a wing(8) and an operation arm for controlling the direction. The inner and outer covers are made from a highly flexible material which is not torn out.
