PURPOSE: An organic EL device driving circuit and an organic EL display device using the same are provided, which form a current driving circuit and a compact additional circuit to reduce power consumption of the current driving circuit in an IC chip without increasing the size of the current driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: According to the organic EL panel driving circuit current-driving an organic EL display device using a port pin, the first current mirror circuit(1b) includes one input transistor and a plurality of output transistors and generates a driving current provided to the port pin or a base current. A switch circuit(8) is provided in serial or parallel with the input transistor. A memory unit stores display data indicating display luminance of the organic EL device. And a control circuit controls on/off of the switch circuit so that the input transistor is not driven by a current.
