<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakdown of a generator or a PWM converter without using expensive pitch control for letting air go thereby lowering an input from a fan, even when there is a risk of breakdown since a wind velocity increases and a generator or a PWM converter falls in overload. <P>SOLUTION: This overload preventive torque command circuit is formed of the PWM converter connected to a wind energy generator. The circuit has a means which detects the amount of an overload of the generator, a means which outputs a wind velocity state signal, a means which outputs a fan revolution command, a means which outputs a torque command value at revolution control, a means which outputs a torque command value at pattern control based on the maximum output torque curve of the fan, and a means which receives the input of the torque command value at revolution control and the torque command value at pattern control and selects the torque command value of the generator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
