THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPE MEASURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus capable of easily and accurately grasping the state of an object.

SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus comprises both a first three-dimensional sensor 10a having both a projecting device 11 for projecting pattern light to an object region and a first imaging device 12a arranged at an interval d1 from the projecting device 11 for imaging the object region to which the pattern light is projected and a second three-dimensional sensor 10b having both the projecting device 11 and a second imaging device 12b arranged at a second interval d2, longer than the first interval d1, from the projecting device 11 for imaging the object region to which the pattern light is projected. The three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus is further provided with a three-dimensional information operating means 22 for acquiring outline information on the object 2 on the basis of the movements of a pattern over an image acquired by the first three-dimensional sensor 10a; a variation information computing means 23 for acquiring variation information on the object 2 on the basis of the movements of a pattern over an image acquired by the second three-dimensional sensor 10b; and an information synthesizing means 24 for synthesizing the outline information and the variation information.
