<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque transmission device for preventing the destruction of a whole impeller, when loaded with overtorque, and to provide a turbo-machine. <P>SOLUTION: A driving force transmission wall portion 15 has an outer peripheral face and an end face, and four rectangular protruded portions are annularly arranged on the outer peripheral face so as to be protruded outward in the mutually perpendicularly radial directions of the end face with predetermined heights and widths. A sleeve 16 has an annular wall portion and an end face encircling the driving force transmission wall portion 15, and four rectangular recessed portions are formed on the annular wall portion so as to be fitted to the protruded portions.
