<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system and support method for a construction machine, and a recording medium, capable of performing efficient customer selection in service business. <P>SOLUTION: This business support system for the construction machine providing support information based on customer information about a business target concerning component sales or repair order reception of the construction machine to an information recipient has: a database 36 storing the customer information; and a server 10 extracting information according with retrieval conditions from the customer information previously stored in the database 36 on the basis of the retrieval conditions related to a customer inputted through a client-side operation part 22, and outputting an extraction display signal for performing display about a prescribed estimation item in each the customer to a client-side display part 23, rearranging the extracted customer information on the basis of priority order designation of a specific estimation item, inputted through the client-side operation part 22, and outputting a rearrangement display signal for displaying the rearranged customer information on the client-side display part 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
