<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general function for automatically creating, when one journal specification data are inputted in generating a pair of two entries, other journal specification data. <P>SOLUTION: This accounting processor comprises first to n-th journal specification data recording parts 11-1n; a derived condition table recording part 4 for recording a table for storing information showing a main office or the like which generates the pair of journals; a derived condition table creation processing part 5; a derived journal pattern table recording part 6 for recording a table for storing information for account titles to be included in journal specification data for the pair of journals; a derived journal pattern table creation processing part 7; and a journal specification data creation processing part 8 for generating second journal specification data to be paired with the first journal specification data, and recording them in another one of the first to n-th journal specification data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
