<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blown product and an extruded product having an excellent moldability and hence having the excellent mechanical strengths and external appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The ethylene-based polymer is a copolymer obtained from ethylene and a 3-10Cα-olefin and this polymer satisfies simultaneously the following prerequisites (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv). (i); A melt flow rate [MFR<SB>2</SB>(g/10 min)] at 190°C under a load of 2.16 kg is in the range of 0.01-10. (ii); A melt tension [MT(g)] and the above melt flow rate [MFR<SB>2</SB>(g/10 min)] satisfy the relationship expressed by: MT≥3.2×MFR<SB>2</SB><SP>-0.55</SP>.
