PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile device and a measuring method for measuring adhesive strength of toner capable of easily taking real machine correspondence and freely setting by combining parameters such as heat, pressure, a pressurization hour and peeling velocity respectively without requiring a real machine or a real machine unit. SOLUTION: In this adhesive strength measuring device for electrostatic charge image developing toner, electrostatic charge image developing toner powder is loaded on and adhered to an image formation support member wherein the toner is fixed, the toner is heated and fixed to the image formation support member by pressing with a heat unit for fixing heating from the toner powder side and a pressing terminal unit pressing the heating unit for fixing and the image formation support member from the image formation support member side. After heating and fixing, the pressing terminal unit for fixing is inversely moved in a direction separating from a pressured condition. The image formation support member pressed by the pressing terminal unit for fixing is exfoliated from the heating unit for fixing to measure the peeling force in peeling.
