PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board or the like which has pad structure wherein poor solder is hardly generated. SOLUTION: The printed wiring board has a substrate main part 15; pads A1, B1 which are arranged on the substrate main part 15, and so formed that a solder flow is stagnated when other electronic components are not arranged near the back to a solder flow direction, and the solder flow is made smooth when other electronic components are arranged near the front to the solder flow direction; and electronic components A, B which are arranged being soldered to the pads.
