摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an internal voltage of a desired level with a low power consumption by efficiently using a charge, without generating reactive currents. SOLUTION: A voltage generating circuit includes a first transistor (PQ1) disposed in between a reference voltage node (GG) and a first node (ND1), and its gate connected to a second node (ND2). The voltage-generating circuit further includes a second transistor (PQ2) disposed between a second node and a reference voltage node, and its gate connected to the first node. Charge is supplied to the first and second nodes through capacity elements (C1, C2) receiving first and second control signals (ϕP,ϕCP). Further, the voltage-generating circuit also includes a third transistor (NQ1) disposed between the second node and the output node, and its gate node (ND3) connected to a third control signalϕCT via a third capacity element (C3). Also, the voltage generating circuit includes a fourth transistor (NQ2) connected in between the output node and the gate node of the third transistor, and its gate connected to the second node.
