PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety pneumatic tire with an incorporated air bladder, which exhibits an excellent shape retention property in ordinary traveling, and exhibiting an excellent expanding property when punctured. SOLUTION: This safety pneumatic tire is constituted by combination of a tubeless tire 1 and the air bladder 2 incorporated in an inner side of it, and a reinforcing layer 11 is arranged at least on a top part of the air bladder 2. The reinforcing layer 11 comprises a rubber-nonwoven fabric compound material, and a rubber composite including natural rubber and polybutadiene rubber as a rubber component is applied to the rubber constituting the compound.
