PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter performing stabilized operation constantly regardless of a value of duty. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter comprises a control circuit for delivering a control signal to a main switch Q1 provided on an input side by detecting an output voltage Vout. The control circuit comprises an error amplifier 12 for comparing/amplifying the output voltage and a reference voltage, a first switching means 13 for switching a switch S1 or S2 having a different voltage level on when the operation of a control system becomes unstable due to the duty, a comparator 15 for comparing an inductor current detection signal with an error amplifier output signal, and a second switching means 18 for switching the terminal of a flip-flop circuit connected with the comparator 15 from a reset terminal to a set terminal or from the set terminal to the reset terminal when the operation of the control system becomes unstable due to the duty.
