PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station apparatus that can easily and quickly be installed at a desired installed place whereby the introduction cost is considerably reduced. SOLUTION: A main body of the base station apparatus 100 is mainly divided into at least an IF unit 120 as a main body unit with a weight and a size which one person can carry, and an MDE unit 110 as a removable unit. Then the base station apparatus 100 can be installed by one person even in a blind zone such as each floor of a building, an underground shopping area, and a mountainous region without the need for many man-hours and special installation purpose equipment and machines wherein the installation of base station apparatuses has been considered difficult.
