PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to develop the capability of a device to the maximum when a consumed electric current fluctuates due to process fluctuation in an amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: An FET12 is arranged threshold voltage of which is different from that of an FET 11 for amplification and has a positive correlation with the threshold voltage of the FET 11. The gate bias voltage Vg of the FET 11 is set according to the threshold voltage Vth2 of the FET12 so that the fluctuation of the threshold voltage Vth1 of the FET 11 can be suppressed. Thus, it is possible to suppress the fluctuation of current consumption by using an extremely simple bias circuit consisting of the FET12 and resistances 13 to 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
