PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device which freely specifies processing to be executed when a change occurs in a monitored region. SOLUTION: A portion for own car in a parking lot 52 is photographed as the monitored region, image data acquired by the photographing is captured, an image is displayed based on the image data, a monitored area 54 is set that is a region corresponding to the monitored region, and as processing to be executed when a change occurs in the monitored area 54, at least one kind of processing is specified from among multiple kinds of processings.
