PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct capable of making inside high-temperature air efficiently circulate, a cooling device and a projector. SOLUTION: The duct 52 is constituted of a 1st duct 521 and a 2nd duct 522. Then, an aperture 522A7 is formed in a flow passage for high-temperature air in the discharge side duct 522A6 of the 2nd duct 522, and an auxiliary fan 522B for making air on the outside of the duct 522A6 flow in toward a discharge port 522A2 is provided in the aperture 522A7.
