PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure gas container superior in strength and inexpensive to manufacture. SOLUTION: The high pressure gas container having a resin hollow liner portion and a restriction portion arranged on the outer periphery side of the liner portion comprises a reinforcing rib protruded to the hollow inside of the liner portion and provided integrally with the liner portion on the inner periphery side of the liner portion for reinforcing the liner portion. The reinforcing rib improves the strength of the high pressure gas container. The reinforcing rib provided integrally with the liner portion reduces the number of parts and manufacturing processes required for the high pressure gas container, resulting in the high pressure gas container inexpensive to manufacture.
