PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two or more types of transmissions including an automatic transmission and a manual transmission from one transmission. SOLUTION: This vehicular transmission comprises first and second input shafts X1, X2 to which engine power is selectively transmitted via first and second clutches, respectively, a counter shaft X3 via which the power is transmitted from the first or second input shaft X1 or X2 to an output shaft, odd number stages of input gears arranged on the first input shaft X1, even number stages of input gears arranged on the second input shaft X2, output gears provided on the counter shaft X3 in consistent mesh with the input gears, and a connection means for selectively connecting one of the neighboring gears out of the input/output gears in consistent mesh to the input shaft or the counter shaft.
