STARTER MECHANISM ARRANGEMENT CONFIGURATION OF ENGINE FOR SNOW VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter mechanism while maintaining traveling stability. SOLUTION: An engine 2 is arranged in a state where a crank shaft 7 faces to a vehicle body width direction roughly in parallel and a cylinder head 4 side is inclined rearwardly. A front side balancer shaft 61 and a rear side balancer shaft 62 are provided frontward and rearward the crank shaft 7 respectively, sandwiching the crank shaft 7, so as to be roughly parallel with the crank shaft 7. A starter motor 65 is provided in a rear part of the engine 2 above the rear side balancer shaft 62. The starter motor 65 is arranged on an opposite side of a clutch mechanism part 38 with respect to a center ECL in a width direction of the engine 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
