PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas compressor capable of achieving high efficiency and long period of durability by taking balance of thrust load applied to a rotor shaft. SOLUTION: A circular ring part 35 is formed like a circular ring in an end part of the rotor shaft 10. Oil pressure P3 pressured by compression gas acts on an end face S3 of the circular ring part 35. On the other hand, oil pressure P2 whose pressure is reduced by passing through a bearing part 6a acts on an end face S2 opposing to the end face S3. High oil pressure P3 acts on the end face S3 of the circular ring part 35 so that force going toward a high pressure side acts on the rotor shaft 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
