PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a whole content-jetting aerosol type degerming agent having excellent degerming effects and sustainability thereof, and capable of efficiently degerming the whole room. SOLUTION: This whole content-jetting aerosol type degerming agent is obtained by filling an aerosol container with an aerosol content comprising an aerosol undiluted solution containing 0.02-1.0 w/v%ε-polylysine, 5-25 vol.% ethanol and 15-40 vol.% water based on the whole amount of the aerosol content, and a propellant containing dimethyl ether so that the inner pressure of the container may be 0.3-0.6 MPa, and mounting a jetting-retarding mechanism for starting the jetting after a time lag of 5-60 sec after operating a jetting button.
