PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use, inexpensive, and durable method and device friendly to a surface-finished face, for eliminating still water from a surface, adapted to follow compound and rapid curvature of a vehicle body and a rivet head and other projections from a surface to be dried. SOLUTION: This water wiping device for wiping still water from a curved surface has a flexible panel with first height including an upper long edge and a lower long edge, a soft and flexible handle mounted along the upper long edge, and a lip part formed along the lower edge, and extending to one side of the flexible panel becoming into a sharp line at an end away from the flexible panel.
