PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damper from being switched unexpectedly when getting in and out of a cabin, within a range where operability is not disturbed, in an air-conditioning structure for the cabin of a working vehicle. SOLUTION: The inside and outside air switching damper 33 for allowing freely switching between the first condition where an air circulation port 14A for circulating an in-cabin air is closed to take outside air in from an outside air introducing port 13C and the second condition where the outside air introducing port 13C is closed to circulate the air via the air circulation port 14A is constituted of a rubber-sheet-like shielding part 33C abutting to an attaching plate 33B in an oscillation base end side and a mating side opening edge to be closed.
