An aliphatic polyester resin composition, wherein a biodegradable polyester resin (A) comprising alpha- and/or beta-hydroxycaboxylic acid unit as a primary component is crosslinked by one or more crosslinking agents (B) selected from among (meth)acrylate compounds and polyvalent isocyanate compounds, and also some or all of the carboxyl groups are blocked by a terminal blocking agent (C) in an amount of 0.01 to 20 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin (A). The aliphatic polyester resin composition is excellent in heat resistance and in formability and also exhibits excellent resistance to hydrolysis.
