PURPOSE: A sound absorbing panel is provided to improve sound absorbing efficiency by spreading sound waves and absorbing/removing the sound waves flew through a gap simultaneously and absorbing/removing low-pass and high-pass sound waves simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The sound absorbing panel comprises: a case coupled with upper and lower plates, a side plate(46) and a rear plate(42) and formed in the shape of a box; a rear sound absorbing member(10b) attached to the rear plate(42) of the case; a front sound absorbing member(10a) fixed to the front of the rear sound absorbing member(10b) to form a space(30) and formed in the arched shape; and many reflection plates(20) formed on the front of the front sound absorbing member(10a), fixed to the upper and lower plates by having a space(32) at the appointed interval with the front sound absorbing member(10a), provided with a gap(22) and arranged in the arched shape.
