PURPOSE: A small-sized crystal oscillator ceramic package is provided to reduce thickness by removing a conventional ceramic insulating layer and forming an isolation region for insulating an internal isolation terminal and a support layer. CONSTITUTION: An external terminal is formed at a base layer(41). A buffer layer(42) is formed on a circumference part of the base layer. An internal terminal is formed at one side of the buffer layer in order to be electrically connected to the external terminal. An IC(46) is mounted on an upper part of the base layer and is electrically connected to the external terminal of the base layer. A crystal plate(43) is mounted on the buffer layer and includes an electrode which is electrically connected to the internal terminal of the base layer. A support layer(44) is formed on the circumference part of the buffer layer. A lead(45) is formed on the support layer in order to seal up a mounting part of the crystal plate.
