摘要 PURPOSE: A process is provided to produce a UV-screening film/board by injecting keV low energy ions. The produced UV-screening film/board is excellent in UV absorptivity and a scratch-preventing effect and has transparency and antistatic function. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the UV-screening film comprises the steps of: laying a thin PET(polyethylene terephthalate) or PC(polycarbonate) film(6) on automatic movable supports(8) in a vacuum chamber(7); irradiating keV low energy ion beams(11) on the upper and lower surfaces of the moving film(6) to modify the surfaces, wherein the keV low energy ion beams(11) are generated from ion sources(10) mounted to the upper and lower parts. And the UV-screening board is produced by irradiating the keV low energy ion beam on the surface of a PET or PC board. The ion beam has an intensity of 1-100keV and a dose of 1x10¬12-10¬18ions/cm2.
