LIGHT PICKUP PHOTODIODE ASSEMBLY AND OFFSET CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF USING SPRING AND SCREW FOR REDUCING OFFSET CONTROLLING TIME AND IMPROVING CONTROLLABILITY

PURPOSE: A light pickup photodiode assembly and an offset controlling method thereof are provided to reduce offset controlling time and to improve controllability by using a spring and a screw. CONSTITUTION: A photodiode(200) is attached on a backside of a board(300) with an assembling hole(302). The board is loaded on a pickup base(100) with a through-hole(104) corresponding the assembling hole. At this time, one side of the board is supported by an embossed portion(102) of the pickup base. A screw(500) is inserted into the through-hole of the pickup base through the assembling hole of the board. The screw is used for controlling the offset of the board by fastening or releasing itself. A spring(400) is installed between the screw and the board to press the board according to the motion of the screw.
