<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sightseeing guidance service while referring to video information transmitted from a transmitter terminal used by a traveler by deciding an operator terminal used by a proper guide on the basis of the location information of the transmitter terminal, and establishing the bi-directional communication of the transmitter terminal and the operator terminal. <P>SOLUTION: This sightseeing guidance supporting system is provided with a transmitter terminal 10 for calling a predetermined number to connect to an operator terminal 30, and for receiving sightseeing guidance information from the operator terminal 30, a switchboard 20 for estimating the transmitting location of the transmitter terminal 10 based on the transmission from the transmitter terminal 10, and for deciding the optimal operator terminal 30 based on the transmitting location, and for connecting the transmitter terminal 10 to the decided operator terminal 30 and an operator terminal 30 for receiving a camera video from the transmitter terminal 10, and for transmitting the sightseeing guidance information to the transmitter terminal 10 by executing bi-directional communication with the transmitter terminal 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
