<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of contributing to the improvement of efficiency, a reduction in labor, a decrease in the number of workers, etc., by utilizing the mechanism, although conventionally the covering/bagging works for improving/maintaining the added values of fruits and vegetables are performed manually. <P>SOLUTION: The mechanism has a squeezing mechanism for squeezing the upper end of a bag by actuating left and right fingers 2, 1, and winding a tape around the upper part of the bag for bonding by actuating left and right sealing arms.
