<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide optimized for inhibiting the expression of ADRP (Adipocyte differentiation-related protein) by RNA inference method. <P>SOLUTION: This double-strand RNA comprises an oligonucleotide corresponding to a base sequence of 21 to 23 bases continued in a specific region of the base sequence of a human ADRP gene or mouse ADRP gene, its complementary oligonucleotide, or these oligonucleotides.
