<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary staffing system wherein management of desired working conditions of individual job-applicants and job offer conditions of companies is easy. <P>SOLUTION: The system supporting activities regarding temporary staffing is provided with: an information sending and receiving part 12 communicating with job-applicants desiring a job in one or a plurality of companies, successful applicants, retirees after retirement, and companies; a company information recording part 13 storing information (company information) regarding the companies including job offer conditions; and a working condition searching and extracting part 14 receiving an applicant notification carried out by the job applicant by specifying working conditions via the information sending and receiving part 12, searching and extracting company information of one or a plurality of companies presenting job offer conditions matching the work conditions from the company information recording part 13, and sending the applicant notification to the company via the information sending and receiving part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
