PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database reliable to both a user and a maker, allowing nozzle retrieval even in a pressure range where a spray angle is not inscribed in a catalog. SOLUTION: This database is constructed on the basis of data recorded in the nozzle catalog for the purpose of retrieving nozzle information. A pressure, a flow rate, and a spray angle recorded in the catalog are handled as a combination unit, and the combination unit and nozzle model number information are associated and registered. When a catalog record of a spray angle corresponding to the combination of a pressure and a flow rate is absent, the spray angle suitable as the spray angle corresponding to the pressure among the spray angles recorded in the catalog is registered as a temporary spray angle. In that case, the spray angle is registered together with identification data showing that the spray angle is the temporary spray angle. When retrieving the nozzle model number information based on the pressure, the flow rate and the spray angle, it can be displayed that the spray angle is the temporary spray angle, on a display screen of an investigation result.
