PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure which enables a precast concrete member to be fixed in such a manner as to avoid a reinforcement in ground concrete, without shifting a position to install the precast concrete member, when the precast concrete member is fixed to the ground concrete by an anchor bolt. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt 9 is installed by being positioned while avoiding reinforcing bars K and R which are embedded in the ground concrete G; a washer 6, which is equipped with a slot 7, is turned in a receiving frame 5 which is fixed in an anchor bolt mounting hole 4 of the precast concrete member 1; and a head of the anchor bolt, which is protruded from a desired position of the slot, is fixed by bolting.
